Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. We are extremely sorry. We have addressed this limited rodent issue with our pest control that is coming in weekly. Again, we apologize for the miscommunication with the office staff, it was unintentional. If we can make it up to you in anyway, please feel free to contact us. Again, sorry for the situation. DISGUSTING RAT INFESTED STAY AWAY!!!
STAY AWAY!!!! RAT INFESTATION!! All of our belongings were COVERED in RAT FECES!! The manager Ollie did NOTHING, NO REFUND, NO APOLOGY! And we have spent thousands of dollars in storage there for the past TWO years! We had to throw out half of our valuable furniture and belongings as it was complely CONTAMINATED! When we moved out today WE SAW A HUGE RAT run out of one of our boxes!! TWO of our storage neighbors were there today too, getting all of their stuff out of there as fast as they could. STAY AWAY!!! Horrible people, horrible place, thousands of dollars lost.

AAA Service and facility
I've been using the Fontana facility for years and highly recommend it. The service is always nice and friendly. The units are clean, and that facility is well kept. The prices are good, and I have never had a reason to complain.
